The dress was amazing, fit very well. I highly recommend buying your dresses here !!
Lady was SO RUDE she was giving us snarky remarks and then she finally told us "give me ten minutes and I'll give you your dress" TWENTY MINUTES LATER we ask for us to get our dress and she says "just bring your mother since your going to keep causing problems sir" to my father. Keep in mind we are here a week later because they messed up our dress and is CURRENTLY running behind ON MANY dresses. DO NOT COME HERE.
They did a tailor job wrong for my wife, and refused to give the money back. Ridiculous customer service. Don't waste your time or money here
If I could give zero stars I would. I have a bridal party of 15 bridesmaids for which I am shopping around for dresses, + mother of the bride I drove over an hour to come to this store to find the most careless, poor customer service person on earth. We were asking for a specific size and just because she didn’t have the one size we asked for her attention and customer service was zero to none. I have NEVER DEALT WITH A PERSON LIKE HER, you cannot touch or ask for help because she assumed she didn’t have what we were looking... read more
