What an awful experience! AC was out which made it very uncomfortable to be in. Worst of all, the woman was VERY disrespectful and rude to my daughters. They were looking for a specific type of dress. My daughter asked a few questions and was asked to "leave the store" because she was "wasting" this woman's time! I wish I could throw away a potential $1000 sale because I don't want to help a customer!
I wish I could give negative 5 stars terrible customer service. If your a plus size girl DO NOT go if your not ready to get fat shamed. If your gonna order months ahead just save your time and money and dont go.
The workers dont speak english. couldnt understand what i was asking about a dress. So no help was offered to us. They didnt speak when we came inside as well, so horrible customer service. Dont come here if youre not already sure about what you want.
Customer service is rude and condescending. They obviously judge people prior to even assisting them, telling you whether you can afford the merchandise or not.
