If I could give them a -10 stars review, I would. They were extremely rude since the moment we walked in. Please don’t even bother going in the Most HORRIBLE Custer service the lady that attended us after we went and asked for help because they don’t attend you unless you approach them she had a bad attitude we asked about a dress and she looked at my daughter up and down and didn’t even speak proper English. When she went to the fitting room she told her to take her pants off and touched her waist while telling her my daughter felt so uncomfortable that we just left. Horrible horrible no A/C.

What an awful experience! AC was out which made it very uncomfortable to be in. Worst of all, the woman was VERY disrespectful and rude to my daughters. They were looking for a specific type of dress. My daughter asked a few questions and was asked to "leave the store" because she was "wasting" this woman's time! I wish I could throw away a potential $1000 sale because I don't want to help a customer!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars terrible customer service. If your a plus size girl DO NOT go if your not ready to get fat shamed. If your gonna order months ahead just save your time and money and dont go.
