Dr. Gao was easy to talk to, helpful, and compassionate. The staff in both the Providence and Attleboro offices were wonderful and helpful. The whole experience from booking an office appointment through the day of the procedure was easy.

Second time the front desk messed up my appointment. I got there 15 minutes early and didn’t get called into a room until 45 minutes later because they never wrote me in the book and I had to wait until they could squeeze me in. They don’t know what they’re doing in the office. Next time, I’m gonna charge your office for inconveniencing me just like you would charge me if I didn’t show up to an appointment.
