Update 7/27/22. I’ve provided proof that the insurance company and I both paid this man. I’m still waiting for my refund I was overcharged and they owe me money. :-( I was charged for a visit and stupidly paid the balance that i was told was a copay. My insurance company has tried to contact them and even they can’t get an answer. When I tried to pick up records to transfer to another dentist, they tried to tell me I owed even more! I'll never go back. Told me I'll lose all my teeth, caused by genetics, blamed me for it. Then said I'd never afford any partials or dentures. He pushes for root canals for money. No care or consideration of asking what the patient wants. Never again.
Dr. Fei has a decent sense of humor and his root canal technique is appreciated by other dentists, I'll give him that. But, he doesn't listen to patients' individual needs very well. He blamed me for all my dental problems when they're genetic based, I don't have a "sweet tooth". Instead of what I'm used to and what has been used on me in the past : valium : he gave me triazolam, which ended up not being a decent choice for me. Dr Fei has helped me save my teeth I have damaged thru the years. From it all and im happy I have my teeth and I thank him and the ones who work with him he is a dentist and I like his work that he dose hes keeps my teeth in my head and I'm greatful
I've gone to Dr. Fei for about 7 years as he accepted my insurance. I've NEVER missed a 6 month check up, ever. Last check up he tells me I have a crown replacement needed. 2 teeth extracted under crowns as their decay was critical. As he tells me this he mentions casually that he will no longer accept my insurance. How did all this decay happen if I see him every 6 months, get xin rays on his hand held x ray machine at approate times.
