As a first time home buyer, Tiago Title has made this one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. They failed to disburse funds correctly during closing and caused our association to put an intent to lien on our property. They failed to accept any responsibility for their oversight, and blamed the buyer for their carelessness. Amazing customer service. My clients had a wonderful experience. This is a top notch company. The staff went above and beyond for my clients. The transaction was complicated and the staff stepped up to the plate and took care of business. I highly suggest and will refer this company to other agents and consumers.
