I saw Bianca for a skin test and mole removal and she was extremely attentive and gentle.
Tia was really great when then opened and as a survivor of medical malpractice induced trauma I was really happy to finally get good care from doctors that took time to listen to my questions and concerns. I used to have a good experience here. Medical & admin staff always friendly and attentive so I have zero feedback on that. Here’s my issues: 1. At my last annual Tia sent my bloodwork to a lab that was out of network leaving me to foot a hefty $1,850 bill. They didn’t check, let alone ask me, which lab I wanted my bloodwork sent to so I could verify. I didn’t even know this was something I was supposed to check. 2. I had a good experience with Tia until my insurance decided not to cover them anymore without my knowledge. I made my normal annual exam appointment on the website and got a little “this appointment is in network!” message (not an exact quote but something along those lines). Next thing I know I’m getting a bill. It seems wild to me that they are not on top of which insurance they accept. Every other experience with them has been great but just maybe double check with your insurance before booking.
