I cannot recommend this office more. The atmosphere is welcoming, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. The way all medical offices should be.
I loved the space and people. They were so helpful and Melissa took such good care of my needle anxiety, she was very patient and helped me get my bloodwork done so easily! I recommend it so far!
Unhelpful, unreliable, absolute money grab. Feel very taken advantage of - not easy to get appointments you need, results take far longer than your average. There is no differentiator between this an regular doctors - you're getting scammed in the name of women's advocacy. Raised rates without any warning/disclosure too.
The standard of communication here is nonexistent. There's no way to call Tia and speak to a provider; you can only send messages in the portal (3+ business day turnaround). They have repeatedly canceled my appointments with 1 hour notice. They have held radiology results for a week with no communication. As others have mentioned, there's nowhere in the portal to see your medical results. Even MyChart is more helpful and useable than Tia's portal. Great spot, but the receptionist is really rude. Everyone else is really friendly and kind so it’s a shame to have the experience ruined by unnecessary attitude.
