I’ve been a Tia member for almost three years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the direction this company is heading. It’s corporate America in a nutshell. This company is an absolute joke and robbery of women’s healthcare. I have been a member for the past year. I’m charged $100 a month for absolutely no care no follow ups. I have no way to get a hold of my doctor. The meetings that I have had for prescription refills have resulted half the time with the doctor never sending in the refill. For annual routine checkup the person who did my checkup was this male doctor or NP (not sure) who just really creeped me out .. had this long twisty mustache … something felt off I wanted to leave the whole time But since you don’t really get a choice of who you’re seeing that day, you’re always rolling the dice!
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I Told them I did not have insurance and did not want to proceed with anything unless I knew the exact cost… I got a simple panel of blood work done and they told me it would be around $200… And then get a bill in the mail for $1000. WHAT A SICK JOKE
