Gave me a wrong referral and wasted a day of my life. Gave me a referral for a lump on my breast when its on my neck causing major delays in urgent treatment. You can't contact them in less than 72 hours to remedy their mistakes and they still charge for their negligence. Shame.
I give them 5 stars for good intentions. But if you have a busy life, getting care through One Medical is a lot more convenient and I’ve found similar quality.
