I really hoped this clinic would work out, but they're all around terrible and this is my second time cancelling my membership. I won't be fooled again! Their communication is extremely slow and I recently waited 2 weeks to hear back about a billing error they made. The amenities have been dialed back so much that I'm not sure what the point of paying for a membership is now. DON'T JOIN. Their Instagram ads are appealing, but in the Brooklyn clinic I've had more negative experiences than positive. I'm a self-pay patient and during an annual preventative exam, they went ahead and ran over $3,000 worth of bloodwork without giving me any type of heads up. This was for stuff I didn't even need. I also had an appointment with Dr. Chelsea Yang later to discuss an issue. The staff is very helpful and informative. I just love Dr. Miller, she is the reason why I still come to Tia.
Staff is always very kind, knowledgable and thoughtful. I recommend tia to all my girlfriends because it's been the best health care experience I've had. $25/month fee to have them as your primary care provider, but it's worth it to me considering the convenience of the locations, and access to psych, primary and OBGYN care in one place. They have online chat agents that are responsive, transparent pricing and they give you these heavy satin robes for exams which ngl is one of my favorite parts.
