I've going to Tia for about a year and it has worked great for me. Everything is in one place, always available when I need a follow-up appointment or refill, and 10 minute walk from my apartment. No bad experience so far.
For all the “girl power” quotes and art and curated vibes, this is a terrible health center for people with uteri. They often seem baffled by their own systems, no one follows up about lab results or is available when you need help. Definitely not worth the money.
I saw Bianca for a skin test and mole removal and she was extremely attentive and gentle.
Tia was really great when then opened and as a survivor of medical malpractice induced trauma I was really happy to finally get good care from doctors that took time to listen to my questions and concerns. It has become really difficult to get an appointment for an annual physical now and you rarely get to see the same doctor twice. I was also really disappointed that they have male physicians now.
