Horrible customer service. I called and Marisela answered the phone. I explained in Spanish that I needed a quote, and she hung up on me. I called back multiple times, and each time she would pick up and hang up again. She clearly has a noticeable accent, so it’s hard to believe she doesn’t speak Spanish—but even if she didn’t, that is not how you treat customers. This behavior is completely unprofessional. Shame on the company for hiring someone with such poor customer service skills.
