My boyfriend had gone here & they have horrible service, they are unable to properly explain any “forms” or “fees” & are trying to hassle people out of extra money. State return went down $300 after they filled a form out but could not tell us why just that there are “random fees”. First coming here we did our taxes with the owner & she was great, was actually able to answer questions because she actually knew what she was doing & did not change the price for the service afterwards.
