From the moment you arrive, concierge is welcoming and thorough w/ check in, the waiting area is calming and relaxing you before you meet with your Dr. The PAs/Medical professionals inquire with concerns and questions for the Dr so he/she are prepared before they arrive to the care room. Great experience in women's health care and personal care.
I'm giving two stars for the nice doctors and the clean and pretty space. However the forced monthly membership is a complete scam. You are literally paying for nothing. It doesn't go towards your visits or anything. They say they take insurance but still charge you for lots of things. The doctors are extremely limited in what they can do and usually just end up referring you out. Do not go here. Find a regular doctor where you only pay for the visit.
Somebody reopened an already paid bill on my account from a year ago. I messaged through the portal and am being very clearly ignored. They responded once and now are not responding. Looking through the comments, this seems to be a common practice. This is unacceptable for a clinic in which you have to pay out of pocket for care coordination.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE CUTE ADS. I have been a member for over a year now and trying to have my second annual follow up is where l officially gave up. After making time in my day to go to one of their few and not at all centrally located offices for one of the very few in person appointments available with my membership I was downstairs when I received a phone call from the receptionist saying I had 1 minute to arrive.
