Please trust the other negative reviews. The poor service is real. If I could give 0 or half a star, I would. My appointment with Dr. Elise Fryml was cancelled just 5 minutes before it was supposed to begin, with the reason given being that I “did not complete the questionnaire.” This is completely false. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I had a 3:30 PM appointment with Tia Health and waited over an hour and a half on hold — no one ever answered or called back. I received multiple messages saying the wait was “1–3 minutes,” yet no one ever connected. Even if something unexpected happened, proper communication or a simple reschedule notice would have been the bare minimum. Instead, I was left wasting my time while at work. These people are lying when they say they will give referrals to specialist on their website. They will cancel any appointment asking for that and tell you to go for an in person visit. They are false advertisers, liars, and wrongfully discriminate against patients. What a useless poorly managed service full of incompetent healthcare workers. Should be shut down or forced to actually give the services they claim they do.

They unilaterally canceled my appointment after the scheduled time had already passed. -I had arranged my schedule for days in advance, even taking a day off to match the appointment. Two days prior, I also sent a confirmation message to reconfirm the booking. Yet on the day itself nine minutes after the scheduled time they canceled without notice. I had even completed and submitted all the required questionnaire responses beforehand. This is an unreliable system that cannot be trusted or depended on.
