Updating this review because my follow up appointment was unfortunately the complete opposite experience. No prep work was done & the dr saw my chart for the first time at the start of the appointment. Saw a different dr for every appointment. Did not feel the same level of care and attention as I did with my initial visit and cancelled my membership after this follow up. Had a great experience with Tia. Absolutely nightmare- while the space and the staff are lovely, the entire admin backend is a circus. You'll end up on the hook for thousands, never be able to actually contact a provider, and you're going to spend hours trying to track down ANYONE. Really great premise that grew too fast and didn't have the infrastructure in place to actually deliver!
Wow!! I am so happy with the care received with Tia. Both in-office and online appointments are a pleasant experience. Everyone I've come into contact with from the Tia team (doctors, nurses, phlebotomist, and the super nice receptionists) has been kind, patient, and transparent about my care. I feel they really take your whole self into consideration. If you've had endo, PCOS, or any other long-term women's health issue, you know it's hard to feel truly heard and respected --- not the case here. Cannot recommend enough.
I went in to get tested for something routine, called back about the results and they said they FORGOT TO SEND THE URINE SAMPLE IN. You can make an office instagram friendly and throw money at marketing as much as you want but it’s pretty obvious they don’t know how to actually run a medical practice.
