I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Shreya Reddy. I came in hoping for a thoughtful evaluation of ongoing nerve and paresthesia symptoms that have been affecting me for over a year. I explained that I’ve been tapering off gabapentin and am looking to understand the underlying cause of my symptoms. This is not a review of this location but of the company in general. They have just about the worst customer service I have ever experienced with ANY company - and this is even after paying a pricey membership fee. What is the fee for if I don’t get top service? Guess it’s just getting access to their “pretty” office spaces? I was very hopeful in coming to Tia. My last Gyno retired and it would be great to have all my health care in one space. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. Only one thing can be addressed in each appointment. I feel like the 4 appointments I've had wouldve been completed in 1 appointment at any other Doctors office. Also, I was told I was getting a certain exam/scan and when I showed up they told me they do not do that type of scan at that location but they still charged me for the visit. Extremely rude front desk. Extreme amount of attitude. Completely unnecessary, if ur miserable, get a different job and spare the rest of us. Call was today around 1:30 - 1:40 pm Wed Sep 10th
Inconvenient parking and rude staff. Overall would not recommend Tia. The care is no different than just going with a primary care physician.
