This is our third time working with Tia for our mortgage needs, she is super responsive and quite knowledgeable. Tia kept us informed of exactly how the process would go and offered solid advice along the way. She also had our approval and final docs ready to go well in advance for closing. It was a very seamless process. We truly enjoyed working with her and Vicki, as well!
