It was my first time at this salon, and I was so disappointed. The place looks luxury and stylish, but my experience was terrible. It took 1.5 hours just to remove my gel polish! The “manicure” was only pushing my cuticles back — no real care at all. She didn’t shape my nails properly, I had to ask her 3 times to fix them. I chose a soft, light pink and ended up with a bright “Paris Hilton” pink. The polish was messy and all over my fingers. Awesome service by Mai! I love my mani pedi. Atmosphere was very relaxing. The menu variety was superb. I love how they have a kids option as well. Definitely coming back!
I have been coming to Toi the Plantation Walk location for a few years now. From the first visit to the most recent I always have felt welcomed and not rushed while I’m here. The staff is very inviting and accommodating for that last minute unscheduled visits. I won’t go anywhere else. I have never not loved my nails.
