I decided to give Tôi Nail Spa at Plantation Walk a second chance because I had heard good things and hoped my first experience was simply a one-time issue. Unfortunately, my second experience was just as disappointing, if not worse. I spent approximately two hours at my appointment and left extremely unhappy with my nails. Not a great first experience — 2 hours for a gel dip fill for the color not to be dipped on. My nails were completely see through at the end of the appointment. Won’t be back
