Tried calling office first but nobody answered. Tried leaving a message but they only give you a few seconds and cut you off. I'm coming home from work driving on my own street doing speed limit and van comes up on me aggressively. Stayed on my tail which made it stressful. I turned in my driveway and he flicks me off. Got the name of the Van TKE Elevators. Just terrible image. I read the other reviews. Here is another for your collection. If I could leave a -15 star review, I would. I was stuck in the elevator at Heron, had no service b/c I was in between floors. I tried using the help button multiple times to call them and upon getting ahold of someone on the speaker, I was told that I was "in the best place possible" delusional. i spoke with multiple TKE employees insisting on them calling my concierge so they can call our maintenance team or fire dept, as I am in the property management industry myself and know how it goes. they refused to do either and to... read more

How is this company not invesmistagted by local St. Pete code enforcement? Well guess what, they will be, with Elevator 2 in Camden Pier District out of service since June 2024. Formal demand letter and response to my demand letter is in progress. 2 residents were stuck this past summer in Elevator 2. The DTSP fire department had to rescue them.
