These guys run the elevators at Camden Pier District and they absolutely suck. Same elevator broke 3 times this week. Very dangerous in a high-rise building. Same guys have made zero progress on our garage elevator which has been out of service since May.
Brooklyn has been an outstanding Account Manager at TK Elevator. She is always responsive, professional, and incredibly reliable. No matter the situation, she follows through on commitmentsa and keeps us informed. What truly sets Brooklyn apart is her dedication to her clients. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and support, making even challenging situations easy to navigate. Her attention to detail, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none.
I can say that my experience with TK elevator, Tampa, was an easy smooth direct transaction and a great company for my investment. My account manager Brooklyn has always taken care of us and I am very pleased with service.
TK Elevator is the best in the business. 5 star experience through out the whole process. Worked with Brooklyn and she is a rockstar
I’m writing this review because my experience with TK Elevator has been completely seamless. My account manager, Brooklyn, has been incredibly helpful and easy to reach whenever any issue comes up. She always makes sure everything is handled quickly and professionally. It’s been a pleasure working with both her and TK Elevator . I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of elevator service or repair.
