Wow a huge huge big office building in Atlanta
These guys are a joke. They sent me via certified letter a pre-lien notice stating they will be placing a mechanic's lien on my property even though I've never done business with them. Its incredibly reckless for a corporation and its credit agency to issue legal pre-lien notices to random individuals without verifying basic ownership records. By naming me as a 'reputed owner' in a $7,000+ claim, they have created a headache through pure administrative incompetence. Someone better send an apology, and fast.
