To the maintenance and creators of the thyssenkrupp elevator: The elevator has two settings. Out of order and taking forever. Every time it breaks, the repair crew apparently has to travel back in time to figure out what happened. By the time it’s fixed, I’ve already graduated, gotten married, and learned how to use the stairs. 1/5. Great way to get your steps in though.
★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) One star is too generous. My apartment complex uses TK Elevators, and the reliability has been absolutely unacceptable. The elevators are constantly out of service, undergoing maintenance, or simply broken. As someone who lives on the fourth floor, I depend on them every single day, and it’s incredibly frustrating to never know if they’ll actually be working. For over a week now they have been stringing us along with zero reliability. They consistently failed to show up for scheduled appointments with no notice whatsoever. Not a single phone call, email, or update. We’d wait around, sometimes for hours, only to be left hanging. When they finally communicate, it’s vague promises with no actual follow-through. This The Worst Elevator Company!! If I Could Give Negative Rating I Would.. Supposedly TK Fixed Elevator For Fair Park Apartments in March 2026 And It Has Gone Out 3 Times Since, Plus When We Push Button On Second Floor and 6th Floor, it Shocks Me... They leave the only elevator in a five floor building "closed for scheduled maintenance" for over a week. Their communication skills are less than sub par.
