Never respond. Bad customer service.
We paid for 5 inspections over the years on thier own paper they have 2 and as far as the state is concerned there is none. I have never in my life has an elevator that needs to be serviced every week but it's almost as if they are sabotaging it every time t I actually get them to come out
This car created a dangerous situation and immediately drove away from the scene; I couldn't catch up!
Today I had an unfortunate encounter with a driver from TKElevators while trying to merge into the right lane. Despite there being ample space to safely allow me in, the driver deliberately sped up to block me from merging. This kind of behavior is not only inconsiderate but also dangerous, especially coming from someone operating a company vehicle and representing a business. I hope the company takes driver conduct seriously and reminds their team that safety and courtesy on the road reflect directly on their reputation.
Do not waste your money on TKE Elevators. We signed their overpriced maintenance agreement, and it has been nothing but a headache. One of our elevators, installed less than 2 years ago, is now facing over $30,000 in repairs for issues that have been present since installation. Despite their maintenance plan, they do not stand behind their work at all. It’s clear they care more about making money than providing quality service.
