Do not waste your money on TKE Elevators. We signed their overpriced maintenance agreement, and it has been nothing but a headache. One of our elevators, installed less than 2 years ago, is now facing over $30,000 in repairs for issues that have been present since installation. They installed new elevators in my building in Park City about a year ago. The elevators are total lemons, breaking down regularly. Worse, their service people don't show up for weeks unless you pay exorbitant extra fees for prompt service even if you have a service contract.
I am a property manager of commercial buildings in Salt Lake City. I continue having issues with TK, even with trying to contact someone within their local office to discuss issues. It has been frustrating to say the least.
Won't respond even though they are in a service contract.. they charge an enormous amount for poor poor service.
Absolute joke! Customer service is awful and good luck ever getting your elevator serviced when it stops working. Go anywhere else but here.
