My fiancé dropped his phone down the elevator shaft when we were visiting the area for Christmas on 12/23/2022, staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk called this company, we were quoted $350 an hr, & my fiancé accepted because all of our info for where we were going was in his phone & our 6hr driving trip would've been ruined!! I'm staying at woodsping suites in Chesapeake are elevator in last several weeks has been down and tk elevator has been out many times and can't fix it they say it's fixed they leave 1 hour later it's broken I don't think they know what they're doing I wouldn't hire them!
