We have been waiting for over a week for repairs to our elevator in Norfolk VA. This is the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with!
The scheduler, the ticket response line, and the technicians were extremely helpful, caring, and made sure we had the information necessary to successfully repair our condominium elevator.
This company came in to do preventive maintenance on our dumbwaiter and broke it, then snuck out the back without telling us. They returned 2 weeks later, but with the wrong part, saying the correct part would be "overnighted." That was 2 weeks ago with no return or update. Completely incompetent!
They service The Morgan apartments in Chesapeake VA. The elevator in one of the buildings in particular has been broken at least once a month for the last four months. They come out “fix” it and it’s broken the following day or the following week. I even got stuck in the elevator the day after they came out and “fixed” it after it was broken for over a week.
