My contacts were one phone call to two different locations to find out about parts for an old stair/chair lift which Thyssenkrupp no longer manufactures. Employees answering the phone knew nothing, cut me off abruptly, and were not in the least interested in checking with management to offer suggestions for help. Both calls were very poor customer relations experiences!
