Definitely 5 Stars (despite some other reviews I saw). Perhaps some adjustments were made, because the Staff was friendly and polite. I went there with my wife Tina, and we were both impressed, especially with Physicians Assistant Andrew Garza. He was very thorough and sincerely caring. He took time to to listen to concerns and explained treatment options, and pros and cons of each one. The best Endocrinologist we have been to.
I’ve called numerous times across two days and no one picked up the phone. New patient calling, can’t imagine if I was a returning patient needing treatment.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Instead of offering any kind of help or even a simple explanation, the staff acts like you’re wasting their time. Their tone and attitude were completely uncalled for—cold, condescending, and frankly, unprofessional. If you're looking for compassion, basic respect, or even just decent customer service, look elsewhere.
