Because someone miscoded my labs, Medicare refused to pay for some labs taken to the tune of $369. I have been contacting them about this for months with no response. The account was turned over to the credit bureau, and I no longer can have labs done there. I haven’t been able to speak with Dr Garza about this and have no idea if the information has been given to him. THIS IS DISHONESTY, AND HAS CAUSED ME SERIOUS PROBLEMS. I use the Healow portal to get in touch with the staff and they return with an answer on the same day or the following day. Andrew Garza and his staff are always very professional.
Have been seeing Andrew Garza for about 3 years. I will be changing clinics due to poor customer service. Our visits in person are great! But, just try to get them on the phone!!! It will hardly EVER happen! When we go to our appointments, there is hardly any patients in sight. There are usually 2 or 3 office workers behind the desk, usually doing not much. It’s just a matter of time I will find care elsewhere never had a doctor office that neglected their phones and patients as much as this place. Their voicemail is all you get and lucky if you receive a callback. Also I have been going here for over a year and never even seen the actual doctor just the PA
They're great when you're in person, but trying to contact them is legitimately a nightmare because they don't answer the phone. I can't get my medicine that I need refilled because nobody gets back to me
