Heard them talking, have great hearing, about $ and Medicare and scamming multiple insurance companies. Noticed they charge highest level which is about time and # of body parts. All for a 5 min appt saying blood results are good. We can all see our own blood results from wherever we get blood work done. Unethical! Plus they charge feees if you pay by credit card. These folks are not ethical. Unfortunately this evaluation also includes the medical staff as well as the office staff. I have always been ablet to resolve issues with any business. But not with this one. Approach with caution.
I have been a pt for almost 4 years after having a complete thyroidectomy for papillary thyroid cancer. I feel incredibly lucky to be a patient of Dr Piotrowska . She has a genuine understanding - not just of lab results, but of how I'm actually feeling. It's rare to find a Dr who combines clinical expertise with true compassion. The office staff is always pleasant to deal with and quick to answer messages. I highly recommend the Thyroid Endocrine Center.
The new patient coordinator was incredibly rude, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such a miserable and unhappy person in my life. It made the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. As a result, I decided to seek care at another center that provided much better service. I would not recommend this facility.
