BEWARE! This place is a joke! I have been a patient here for years. I received a very odd voicemail message saying that prior to my scheduled appointment, they MUST receive a check for payment in the mail because their credit card machine is out of order! With the amount of scams related to banking account information, how dare you ask for a payment to be mailed, essentially denying a critical appointment related to my thyroid! Unethical business practices. Denying patients access to a much needed scheduled doctor’s appointment, due to their poor choices. Manager requesting patients to mail a check for payment prior to their scheduled appointment because they’re having issues with their credit card processing system!! They actually denied my appointment until they receive my check in the mail. Shocking! I have never in my life heard of something like this. This place needs to be looked into by the Florida Department of health.
I felt compelled to write a review for this practice after my first visit because I had an amazingly positive experience. The office is clean and well organized. Front desk is pleasant, especially Christina. I was lucky to get my first appointment quick. Lisa fit me in cancellation spot to see Dr. Lupo, who I wanted to see. Dr. Lupo is a pure delight! Heard them talking, have great hearing, about $ and Medicare and scamming multiple insurance companies. Noticed they charge highest level which is about time and # of body parts. All for a 5 min appt saying blood results are good. We can all see our own blood results from wherever we get blood work done. Unethical! Plus they charge feees if you pay by credit card.
