This office made me distrust medical professionals in the area. Now, I can't find a different one that takes my insurance. Still won't return.
completely unprofessional. this office staff needs the adjustment bureau stat! haven’t even been seen by this doctor yet and i’ve been hassled and mistreated by office staff. i will gladly go to another doctor(millions in the country) to monitor my diabetes.

Overall good experience. Did not have to wait long for my appts like some of the other comments. They were able to redo the ultrasound for my thyroid right there in the office and do the biopsy at the same visit. Both PAs were excellent as was the medical assistant. Dr. Thawani was thorough and answered all of my questions.
I am very pleased with my experience at Dr. Thawanis office. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the doctor listened to my concerns.
