I always dreaded going to appointments because I knew it was going to easily be around a 2 hour wait between the lobby and the room. One time an actual human confirmed with me for an appointment the next day, I drove 30 mins to get to it and then the office was closed. The office staff is usually pretty unfriendly, and the way they take all your vitals out in the open outside of the lobby is odd and kind of off-putting. The endocrinologist spent every appointment I had telling me that I needed to exercise more and eat healthier to lower my blood sugars. If I came back and said that I was doing that with no changes, he essentially told me to keep doing it. Never wanted to change my insulin dosage no matter how many times I specifically asked. A nurse practitioner told me, after I expressed concern about my consistently high A1C, that A1C "isn't really what we look at". What? Office manager and staff are extremely rude, and disrespectful. Do not recommend this office.
This office made me distrust medical professionals in the area. Now, I can't find a different one that takes my insurance. Still won't return.
completely unprofessional. this office staff needs the adjustment bureau stat! haven’t even been seen by this doctor yet and i’ve been hassled and mistreated by office staff. i will gladly go to another doctor(millions in the country) to monitor my diabetes.
