I purchased a 60 minute facial and a 90 minute deep tissue massage for myself and also a massage for a friend that I included her tip on. I was told these are good for 2 years from the date and they do say that on the gift certificates, however when I went to schedule an appointment to use my gift certificate I was told that there was pricing changes and I would have to pay an additional $60 plus a tip of course for something that I had already paid in full for or I was supposed to downgrade what I purchased....this is beyon... read more

Two stars because I have received wonderful service here in the past, but yesterday I was refused access due to my service dog. If they had at least turned me away at the door I would probably just let it go, but they took me all the way into the room, let me get undressed and on the table, picked out oils and everything. Then the MT came in and told me to leave, Amy B started raising her voice to me in the hallway in front of other customers. The dog was not doing anything but laying there like it's supposed to.
