Ben and Cory are nothing shy of PHENOMENAL. I say this for a number of reasons. Over the past 4 years, my husband and I have been to 20 weddings.... with the exception of 3, the food has never been stand out and quite frankly most of them were forgettable. A much overdue praise!! Thyme & Tide catering knocked it out of the park for our wedding. Ben and Cory were such a pleasure to work with. They listened to our vision and offered many suggestions and different options until we landed on just the right menu. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Thyme + TIDE! Cory was a pleasure to work with in all the pre-wedding planning, she helped make sure our menu was well balanced and answered all my many questions with ease. We haven't even had our wedding catered yet and I can already say that Thyme and Tide is 5/5 stars. We have been in communication via email while planning for our wedding and Cory is an excellent and speedy communicator. We just had a tasting and we were amazed at the commitment Chef Reed makes to each component of each dish. Thyme + Tide provided a fabulous spread for our pre-wedding family cruise aboard the Heritage. They were easy and accomodating to work with, and provided plenty of gluten free options. We'll definitely call on them whenever we need a caterer!
