Clean,tidy,organised,friendly,quiet, and so near to Evans head. Staff is very helpful and obliging.
I'd hate to see anyone go through what my dad did so here's my opinion on THYME EVANS HEAD. Dad was sold a dream lifestyle that was anything but. Please note as the manager told me this is an independent living resort not a retirement village! Mind you they sold my then 84 year old dad with metastatic cancer a house there shortly after receiving his insurance payout from his flooded home in Ballina! Visited this site 3 times on all occasions found a member of the sales team hard to deal with. I did however pick a house I liked I had a contract drawn up and drove 6 hours to sign only to be told it was under contract to somebody else. My price was 708k showed me another house same design told price was 739k I walked away. Be careful is all I can say.
Extremely difficult to deal with sales rep on site. Simple questions ignored. Our concerns were not important. It made us look closer at the site as a whole. Materials are cheap. Poor value for money. Paid $1000 down which was a useless gesture. Beware.
