Thank you to Ashton for taking care of us yesterday, during our flying visiting, stopping at Thyme Craft Kitchen in Peru, Illinois as I drove us across country during our road trip, from West to East. Food service was excellent, quick. No waiting around for a table. My husband found this place whilst I was driving. There’s street parking, I had to loop round to find a space. This place was amazing! Everything was top notch and environmentally friendly. I definitely hit Gold in Peru, Illinois!
A small town gem recommended by our hotel. We both had the burgers and crispy potatoes. The burgers were done to perfection. The craft cocktails were delicious. I had the lemon lavender martini. The lavender was very subtle and added a depth of flavor. My husband had the bramble ramble. His drink was the clear winner. Sadly no room left for dessert. Staff were attentive and not annoyingly so. Highly recommend.
Excellent quality, fresh local food made well! We truly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. Thanks for caring about how our food is grown and where it comes from!!
