I called for my 94 year old mother who is a dementia patient with stage 4 congestive heart failure , stage 4 kidney failure and a 9.5 Aortic abdominal aneurysm to discuss her health with Dr. Bui, I was told she would call in 2 to 3 days. I waited, no call. I reached out again on day 4, still could not get contact with even a nurse. I called today and asked to speak to Dr. Bui. Nothing but great things to say about Dr Bui and BSW. I’ve been a patient of Dr Bui’s for years, grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and counsel.
When I walked in the door I was greeted and checked in by the friendly staff. When I was called by friendly staff to back for my appointment I was weighed and was taken to the examination room and all my vitals were checked. Dr Bui came in talked about my health and made recommendations. I’ve always had excellent care from Dr Bui. Out of 1 to 10 ratings 10+
