Thuy has always been helpful and kind to us. My husband has been with her for about 7 years. She's explained everything clearly and has worked to make sure we have all applicable discounts, etc.
Thuy Epperson is not only rude to her clients but also her staff. If you give her your business you will likely speak to a different inexperienced agent/sales person every time you call.
If possible Thuy Epperson would receive a negative star rating. She is rude, unprofessional, and extremely arrogant. I called to make a claim, she appeared upset that I had the audacity to do so, she stated that to date State Farm had paid out more in claims than they had received in premiums from me, and that State Farm was not in the business of losing money.
