Women in the shop have horrible customer service! They give you no acknowledgment and then if you ask for help they are completely uninterested in helping you. Definitely would not recommend these people. Rude service.
Bought a pool filter, pentair pump salt water chlorinator and a dolphin vacuum 2 seasons ago had them add salt to the pool last season and clean the pool filters. This season I have been given the bums rush as I asked for service this season 3 weeks ago and they told me that they were too busy check back in a couple of weeks. I called again 3 weeks later and was told that they are still too busy and that I should call the person that closes and opens my pool which I will do. We experienced a death in the family and a pool that didn't sound great, and now our family expert was gone. Thursty Pools came to our aid fast without hesitation. The pool sounded healthier first (of course it did! ) but they still came to make sure it wasn't fluke or needed anything. They didn't even charge us. Thursty is now our family's first call for our pools and spas. Also the neighbours are in the process of being told. Thank you Todd, Dana and Cole!
We only started to use them for about three years . We had a pool for 30 years . We should of gone there sooner . Since we have been using their tip of shock and floc no other pool place ever said this we have a great opening of pool. We have been using their chemicals for pool and we never have issues with pool. We only need to vacuum once in awhile and keep treating . Ladies are always welcoming and very friendly .
Had a liner replaced. Todd, Dana and Thursty’s crew were amazing to deal with and were very professional! Felt we got great value for our money. Would recommend Thurstys to anyone!
