We recently purchased a hot tub from Thursty Pools and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They came to our home for a pre-delivery inspection to ensure the new unit would fit through our gate, and we were impressed by how friendly, honest, and prompt they were. We ordered our pool liner, and within 4 weeks it was installed. We are so happy with the work, the men that installed it were ace👍thank you 😀
Women in the shop have horrible customer service! They give you no acknowledgment and then if you ask for help they are completely uninterested in helping you. Definitely would not recommend these people. Rude service.
Bought a pool filter, pentair pump salt water chlorinator and a dolphin vacuum 2 seasons ago had them add salt to the pool last season and clean the pool filters. This season I have been given the bums rush as I asked for service this season 3 weeks ago and they told me that they were too busy check back in a couple of weeks. I called again 3 weeks later and was told that they are still too busy and that I should call the person that closes and opens my pool which I will do.
