As a longtime customer of North Water Marine, it is very exciting to see how far they have come. We completed winter storage with them. We had our boat detailed before launch and just picked the boat up this week. The job they did was absolutely fantastic. I don’t know how they got the vinyl looking brand new but it was a huge surprise. Our 2002 cobalt looked like a brand new boat. I bought my current boat 16 years ago from the Thurston's at Thurston's Marine. Known for their great customer service I was a bit skeptical when they sold out to North Water Marine. I can honestly say that North Water has not only maintained that service, but have taken it to the next level. There attention to detail is unmatched. Thank you for making boating a lot more enjoyable!
Just purchased a new Stingray 201DC from North Water Marine (the second boat we purchased from them). Our sales associate, Sarah McKissick, was very knowledgeable and we were pleased with the competitive price she was able to offer us. Chartered a boat through North Water Marine for my friend's bachelorette party and it was a blast! Captain Tim was super knowledgeable and took us to all the best spots! 100% will be using them again, it was great to not worry about a boating license or being familiar with the lake. My dad’s boat broke down on Friday, July 3rd. Had to have it towed into NWM. They took it immediately into the shop, not expecting a reply until Monday, July 6th. To our surprise, we got a call on the 4th of July. It was ready for boating the next day. Can’t say enough, they are great people. Helped us with the valet, and also the servicing. It’s the best marina on the lake.
