Extremely professional, from the first moment of contact (getting a bid), staying in touch with me until day of service and just overall kind and friendly. Day of service; large tree removed, stump grinding and clean up, everyone treated my property with care and very polite. I cannot tell they were there except the yard looked cleaner when they left! I had Thurstons come out and remove a couple trees that were overhanging my barn. The office was responsive and easy to work with, they got me in quickly, and they performed the work in a timely and professional manner. All their equipment was either new or clean and well maintained, they left low stumps (roughly 9” and 5”), the crew got the job done quickly, and they did not leave a mess. If I require more tree service, I will be calling Thurstons again.
I would lose the AI answering service. I called and left a message to get a quote on a tee removal, then two days later received a text message to leave a survey about the service you provided. I left 5 stars because I don't feel right leaking less: but I never received any services from you.
Hired to remove trees fallen on home after storm. Prompt service. Great workers. They continusly worked. Was respectful of property. They did a great job of clean up also. Very pleased with quality of work performed. Courteous and friendly crew. Would highly recommend.
I cannot say enough, good things about this company, the owners, and the workers. They did what they said they would, when they said they would including phone calls. They were enormously conscious about what shape they left my yard in. The tree they took down was enormous, over 100 years old, and there is no damage to my lawn. One section alone weighed almost 3 tons, but they had their own equipment that took care of the job. Don’t bother calling anyone else, these are your guys!
