I thought it was very unprofessional that they sent me a request a week after my mother died to see if I wanted to learn more about cremation services. It was at the same level of predation of an ambulance chasing lawyer, but with no respect for the sanctity of life. They have a caveat at the end of the letter saying it was not due to a family member being ill or in a time of bereavement and that it was a mailing to the entire community, which is a complete farse; I have never heard of them and have never released my name or... read more

This was an incredible experience. Thank you Tony for everything! He is the kindest most organized person. I would highly recommend Thurston-Deshaw funeral home to anyone. They were patient and kept us well informed as we planned our Mother's funeral. The funeral home is beautiful inside. Thank you for being a part of a very important time in our lives.

Very efficient. Staff is very understanding and sympathetic. They all go above and beyond
