Not only will they try to screw you in the fine print but as soon as you walk in that building there’s a blonde lady wearing a black ariat vest that is absolutely unprocessed uncaring and so quick to blame the paying customer. She gave wrongful information and lied. GO ANYWHERE ELSE they will screw you any way that they can.READ FINE PRINT. Get a lawyer before you buy a car from here . Place is full of crooks and that woman was the wost customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with.
I’m all for hiring handycap people to do a job, but in this case the blonde lady they have working there is so unprofessional , unhelpful, pretty much all around useless, doesn’t know what she’s talking about and I go there for help and she is the only person standing there. This place is doomed. Not only did she try to belittle me which is funny because customers like me that buy cars make her paycheck. She is so undeserving of this position as a sales woman. They were able to squeeze me in on a moments notice with my Chevrolet 3500 HD. I am an out of town customer that has no history with this dealership and they still bent over backwards to help me out on my cross country camping trip. They were able to maintenance my vehicle quickly while I waited. Angel in service was great!
Three times i have been scheduled to come repair or fix my recall on my equinox that j purchased in 2021 they have cost me three trips there and two work day missed as a result very disappointed in all their service and i will also include the $200 dollar purchase of a key made they incorrectly cut for a toyota Camry and then attempted to try and state i pay for another replacement this will be recorded as of many other inconvenience their service and dealer ship has provided terrible service .
