Went to get a Starbucks gift card I won. Walked out and my credit was pulled 13 times from different banks through thurston, I called to get it situated because im still receiving mail almost a month later about loan qualification. Rich the manager was so rude and told me when thurston pulls credit it goes down by 1 point only, and if there's "other things wrong with my credit" that its "my issue its going down" and to check with "experian to see". Not only will they try to screw you in the fine print but as soon as you walk in that building there’s a blonde lady wearing a black ariat vest that is absolutely unprocessed uncaring and so quick to blame the paying customer. She gave wrongful information and lied. GO ANYWHERE ELSE they will screw you any way that they can.READ FINE PRINT. Get a lawyer before you buy a car from here . Place is full of crooks and that woman was the wost customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with.

I’m all for hiring handycap people to do a job, but in this case the blonde lady they have working there is so unprofessional , unhelpful, pretty much all around useless, doesn’t know what she’s talking about and I go there for help and she is the only person standing there. This place is doomed. Not only did she try to belittle me which is funny because customers like me that buy cars make her paycheck. She is so undeserving of this position as a sales woman.
