The WORST medical place in England. I've been abroad to places like Lebanon and see better. Honestly, from the receptionist staff to the actual GPs themselves, this is an absolutely shoddy service. How the Government hasn't shut down this facility is incredible. You call, nobody picks up. You pop in, nobody even cares. Worst Drs surgery ever Rude staff at reception (not all one was very helpful and understanding) This Drs surgery has left me with what is basically a housebound condition and non urgent referalls of 16 months they keep telling me i have migraine and giving me medication that didnt change anything and actually gave me additional health issue seemingly permanent
I would like to provide feedback regarding our recent visit for my baby’s 8-week checkup. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling very disappointed and disrespected. During the appointment, the doctor only weighed the baby but did not perform any further checks or assessments, nor did he ask any questions about my baby’s health or my own postnatal wellbeing. Well, it is better than it used to be. Much more helpful staff. But what is their policy on visits? Not able to book visit because they only do appointments just exactly in the middle of normal working hours. Just beetwen 8am-2pm…. Well. It could be okay if there is one visit, but take day off from work for anything is not good thing. And it is not about that they have to sit till 8pm, just offer times which are not just in the middle of the day(or book couple days in advance).
