Thuro was out to my house extremely quickly to assess the situation I had with my plumbing. The plumber was thorough and professional. They gave me a great breakdown of what was going on and provided options for repair right away. I was quoted the next day and given a timeline of when they could get in to perform the repairs. Eve in the office was very timely and answered all of my questions while offering sound advice. I want to thank them all for their great work and attention to detail!
Eve was outstanding at quick service. She had a technician at my home same day within an hour and Peter was knowledgeable and reliable for the job. Highly recommend!!
We had a major sewer backup issue with our 115 yr old house in Mission/Cliff Bungalow. It turned out the line was displaced in the front yard. Overall a great job done. Project was completed in 3 days (one day ahead of schedule). Total cost came in at estimate (no surprises). Minimal disruption to us (5 hours without sewer). Hole in basement floor was cut square and true (less work for me in re-flooring). Charlie and her crew were friendly and professional. Highly recommend Thuro
