BEWARE. I can't speak for their carpet cleaning abilities, but do not use them for tile and grout cleaning and repair. They don't remove all the stains as they claim and their work did not hold up in our shower. I have tried and tried to get a refund, but all they offered me was $35 out of a $390 bill! They claim to be licensed. I contacted the city of Warren, the County of Macomb and the State of Michigan and was not able to find a license for this company. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited.

Totally dissastisfied with grout and caulk repair. The company does not stand behind their work. We tried to resolve our issues with the company and were given a \$35 refund out of an original bill of \$390. They did not even want to come back out to look at the problem. I sent them pictures and was told that my pictures were ridiculous and that it looked like I put my finger in the caulk and tore out the grout!
