its now Jan' 21 & i have been attempting to get contacts since May '20. Granted COVID contributed a bit but repeat issues from this office lead to this long delay. Why not change provider: appt error caused issuance problems so had to stick with them. Dr got rx wrong insisting i was 'old' so i needed a stronger rx which caused repeat visits to correct rx. As for clerical staff, supposedly they call to tell you your samples contacts are in but only attempt once, assuming they called the right number. When u actually get to se... read more

Every time that I have brought my father for an appointment the wait is no less then 2 hours. Absolutely no consideration for elderly patients having to sit and wait for so long.
The receptionist as well as the medical assistant were rude. They show little patience with my elderly parent. The assistant medical lady was very impatient waiting for my mom. Mine you she noticed that my mom could barely walk. Then my mom asks if she could use the restroom, she replies, “that’s our restroom. You can use the one outside.” There’s other ways to respond and in addition, she’s seeing that my parent has difficulty walking and could’ve made an exception and let her use “their restroom”.
