Worked with Jeff Johnson to get a retaining wall repaired. They built a retaining wall behind my house a few years ago (new construction) and the wall developed large cracks within a couple of years. It took over 3 weeks for Jeff to contact me after I called 3 or 4 times. When Jeff came to visit my house he was very kind and told me he would fix up the wall that they built.
