I also had a terrible experience with this Doctor! Terrible individual! I went to the ER back in April of 2018 I had a n eye injury and needed stitches. The hospital Bill was covered but my insurance in full but I am now getting billed $2,400 for a separate charge for being seen by him. Now I am stuck with this new bill that I didn’t even know excited until this year 2021 and I am being harassed by a Collection company and worried this will now affect my Credit. Saw him in the ER at PIH Downey he introduced himself and that’s all he did nothing else left and never came back. A month later I got a bill for $2,308.00 because he was out of network, even thought it was a ER visit it. Even though I have blue cross and payed my co-pay he can charge me that much just for introducing himself and because I was sick in the Er I did not think to ask him hey are you in network with blue cross/blue shield . Complete bull
