Ok folks, got a strange one. I was going to have them put up a new screen door an I told the guy I would go buy it Monday and get the paperwork to him. His response was ok. Well, he took it as if I made the install date Monday as well. We never set a date for install. So I get this text last night saying I blew him off and that they have a new policy (never told me) that they are going to charge me 250 bucks for missing the appointment.
