I would literally give them 0 stars if I could, they came out and cleaned a couch for us, maybe took 20 minutes cleaning it, barely sprayed. Asked if I wanted scratch resistant, barely sprayed it and charged me $45 on top of the $225 I was already paying. After the couch dried the smell was still there, I called and he said maybe you could spray some Lysol on it. Offered to come re-spray but not re- clean. I would not do business with this company, their cleaning is a joke.

ThuraClean was quick, responsive, affordable, and efficient. We had 25-year old Persian rugs that had never been professionally cleaned and our dog (RIP) had loved laying on them. She was so incredibly stinky. The rugs had been in storage for 5 years while we moved to various states. Now they are odor-free, clean, and beautiful again. Thank you for the quality service. I highly recommend this company.

I wish I had taken before and after photos. The results were unbelievable. We had a brown spot on our couch that we couldn’t get rid of. I told them to do the best they could. They got the spot out. Furniture looked brand new. We also had the dryer vent cleaned and now clothes are drying on first run. They were professional and were able to get us on their schedule within the week. Very satisfied

They don't even deserve this one star. On Fri we got our carpets cleaned. When they left yes they were clean and no smell. Well it took almost 4 days for the carpet to get dry. That's when we noticed the smells. They use to much water in the first place. On Monday we call them and told them about the smells the manager which is rude had a tone in his voice like if he care we asked for a refund which he refused but offer to come spray too funny didn't offer to come reshampoo even though we didn't want it but it's just the off... read more

Fantastic job on my large area rug. Next day appointment, arrives on time. Efficient, cleaned up well after themselves....polite and pleasant workers AND an awesome price! Will use them again
