Most of the 829sq ft look good there are areas where the grout still looks dirty. The kitchen is the area that looks the worst. I gave a 4 because the price was good.

My work schedule has been out of control lately. I contacted ThuraClean initially thru Google. I received a response shortly after. Not only did ThuraClean respond, but they were able to schedule me the same day, which let’s face it does not usually happen. The team that was dispatched to my home and was timely and efficient. They cleaned all of my ducts and returns, replaced my filters, and my vents. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Bill cleaned my wool area carpet and it looks beautiful. The color is bright again. His communication was great and so was his team. Thank you for a nice quality job.

So two stars mainly for the workers. So the one guy was very kind. Now they weren’t here for quite 30 minutes granted they only had one large room with a carpet to do. He did also give us a bottle of enzyme stuff for the odor “in case their job didn’t work” they were also able to get us in the very same day that we contacted them, which was phenomenal. My husband stated that when he had used a prior company and they sprayed enzyme stuff at Our in-laws house they said that needed to sit for 20 to 30 minutes. They waited in th... read more
