Hire new staff or bring one of the old girls back that probably quit for this man being so rude to her … the girls working for him suck don’t seem to care about you my calls always get sent to voicemail I believe one of the girls name is Ana hire new nurses that actually keep up with your patients !!!
I'm a patient, his injection treatments seem to help, but I find there customer service is all most nonexistent, they don't answer the phone and message box is full, which makes it hard to make or reschedule appointments, you have to go into office to actually talk to someone, makes it very inconvenient when you don't have vehicle.
I've been going to Dr. Vo for over 11 years, out of all the pain management Drs in the Antelope valley He was the only one who really helped me. He put me on the right medication and injections. People don't like him because He's not a Drug dealer who's giving out dope, We get tested Randomly to keep us honest.
I've been a patient with Dr. Vo for over 10 years, he is the only Dr in the AV who helped me with the pain.
