I had purchased a thunderworks shirt for my dog for his birthday. I payed for 2 day shipping on Wednesday to ensure my dog got his birthday gift on his birthday which was Sunday. I got a notification Saturday it would not be delivered till after 8pm Monday night. I thought that Thunder Works had terrible customer service. I wanted to try the product for July 4th for both of my dogs. After recieving a shipment notice it never moved out of pre-shipment. So I called and they said they'd research it. And get back to me. They didn't. When I called again the customer service agent said that they missed the shipment for delivery but now they're sending it out.
