I had purchased a thunderworks shirt for my dog for his birthday. I payed for 2 day shipping on Wednesday to ensure my dog got his birthday gift on his birthday which was Sunday. I got a notification Saturday it would not be delivered till after 8pm Monday night. I called thunderworks and the customer service rep was not able to assist me so she sent me to a managers voicemail, TWO days later i never receive a message and i had to call back myself!
