I agree that often, poor customer service is poor customers, not poor service. But, I have to sway with the few negative responses for Thunderstick Trading. I was greeted by who is likely defined in other posts as "mom & pop" along with two other gentlemen (perhaps customers). To my question "Do you carry x?" I received only "x what?" as if I was unaware what I was asking for. After the product was well defined I was referred to a web site, one for which I am already fully aware (overpriced btw).
