Megan Mckain absolutely sucks and needs a new job. My lab results posted to my portal and I called in 3 times to get my prescription and requesting a call back. She did not call or send my prescription she is dismissive and rude and the worst Dr I had get a new job if you are so miserable
I have the best Dr. and get my prescription at CVS in building. If I have a problem with meds (only times i have trouble) a call to call center people straighten that up right away.
Not a review on location itself but when I called to inquire about information the person sounded miserable and didn’t look into it. Thankfully I have a primary care doctor, was just looking for birth control removal. I will take the drive to Providence and go to planned parenthood instead.
Decent community health center.
