This is a "Medicaid coverage" dental office, so don't expect superior service. Waiting room is large and clean. I was quickly called back and the dental assistant was friendly. I went in for a chipped tooth, and they took some x-rays and also found cavities. I scheduled a future appointment, but I'm not sure I want them to do the work. I have my own dental insurance, but it was used up for the year. That's why I took my Medicaid there. I'll stick with my normal dentist and use Thundermist as a backup.
The 3rd floor dental seems to have issues with children but the 4th floor seems to be able to handle them no problem. The woman is rude and they seem to not wanna be bothered. They just refer everyone out but then they are gonna bill for doing nothing! Whoever works on the 4th floor was amazing when we took my other son they were wonderful. I guess 3rd floor is nothing but rude and don't wanna be bothered. You're a dentist office act like one.
