I gave them 5 stars because they earned them. From the receptionist to the dental group. There is more than 1 dentist here. It’s a clinic and they take my Medicaid. They have a huge clean, up to date lobby and dental equipment. It took me a while to become a patient but every time I went it was more pleasurable than I expected. I am now a regular patient and can make appointments and they give me one that is not months apart. My dentist Dr Laura Flynn, left the practice and I got another just as good dentist. I just went in there today and they're okay but it kind of sucks that they can't put me sleep and now that I heard that I have a wisdom tooth that's like infected down the route and two damaged cavities that need to pull out you can't literally put me to sleep they can only numb me it's ridiculous I'll still go there just for the cleanings and the fillings that need to be done but getting the pullings screw that
Place is a scam and ran down I went here was told I have 6 cavities and needed a root canal which is not covered through my insurance, I decided to switch dentist offices because the Asian lady hurt me and stabbed me in the mouth several times and made me brake down in tears worst dental experience in my 27rs of living fast forward I visit kintegra family dental in my hometown and I was informed that I only have 3 very small cavities and don’t need a root canal!
