Dr. Hardik and his amazing assistants Mel and Cassie are so professional and make you feel so comfortable! As a person with anxiety over the dentist for many years, this is by far the best place I have been to! Highly recommend this dentist! Thank you!
The dental assistants here are AMAZING !! Very helpful !! but the Dentist/Dr themselves ? Girl, Dr.Hannah you need to watch that attitude. You need to have a little bit more patience with kids and more than certainly your own staff. Very impatient, do better. 3.1 rating for a reason. Please be more respectful ! I'm 66 years old Stupidly, I didn't take good care of my teeth. I needed 15 Extractions. I'm Very Satisfied with Dr Bickham and her Assistant ( Thundermist of Woonsocket) 3 appointments. 12 teeth on 1st appointment, 2 on the next and 1 today. Dr Bickham explains what she's doing. She speaks in a calm relaxing voice but with Confidence. I hope not to need any more extracted. BUT! If needed, I would prefer Dr Bickham to do it. Thank You very much!
