The thunder max issue have cost me thousand of dollars to date. It doesn’t work and has never worked properly. It’s would take an act of God to get there department to honor the 3 year warranty or even return an email or phone call, I would never do business with any thunder max or thunder heart or thunder anything after this. They are beyond unprofessional and are a laughable example at most of anything Harley!! Youve been warned do business with them at your loss…
I have a thundermax tuner on a 2025 road glide. Harley Davidson installed so I was wanting to make an appointment with thunder max to get some adjustments done. I only live an hour and half from White House Tn where thunder max is located. I have had no luck what so ever getting in touch with anyone at the White house location. So I guess the next thing to do is go with a different tuner that has better support or places you can go and get your bike tuned.
