After a recent wind storm, I was left with a damaged tree that created a potential hazard to my and the neighboring houses. Because the storm brought down so many trees, all the arborist, includng Thundering Oaks were booked up. Even though they didn't have an immediate spot to sell me, Bryce asked around to find me other referrals. Rude, aggressive staff when on-site.
My Neighbor used this Service. Twice they have trimmed his tree's and bushes and just pushed the trimmings into my yard below. It is a steep hill and just today they trimmed a tree branch and I watched as an employee pushed this large branch off the trop of the bush into my yard striking my dog. I was furious, I went to talk to the neighbor and confronted one of the employee's and the employee's reaction was "I just got here". I wish I had "before" photos to post. This tree is massive and was hanging low into the street. Now it looks amazing! It completely opened up our yard. Communication with this company was outstanding! The work was done on schedule and everything was clean and tidy when they were done. Highly recommend!
