Shalon and Sammy are two of the best. Office people that Thunderhill Estates has ever had there. Shalon has been there roughly 4 1/2 years now.. it has been pleasure getting to know her and working with her. In my opinion you have the best office manager for the job I'm not sure but I think Sammy is there roughly 2 years and she is a ray of sunshine every time I walk in the office she has a big smile on her face and brightens the place up. I am very satisfied with Shalon for the help he gives me.
This place is a worst nightmare come true. Ongoing harassment and retaliatory, threatening behaviors against multiple tenants by employees of newer owners of Thunderhill Estates, Havenpark Communities. A big corporation, with a less than stellar reputation for their business practices. Apparently, only a profit matters and people don't. Maintenance man no longer works for the company since yesterday, after harassing, threatening and intimidating at least 2 different residents over 55 years old, and was still working here.
