Jeremy went above and beyond to help my elderly mom get power restored at her condo. Working with the condo management company added a layer of complexity as the job entailed working with the electricity of several different units. He was responsive, knowledgable, and caring. He worked with Georgia Power and stayed at the site long hours (past what I would think is routine) to make sure power was restored. Paul Bowen came out to my house, he is extremely friendly and great to talk to! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I'm looking forward to have him work on my house again!
