The counselors here are so easy to talk to. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and this helps so much when you're already upset or anxious to begin with. I felt not just heard but really listened to. The most important part for me is I always feel better after a session here, not because my problems have changed or been solved, but because I have a better mindset with which to tackle them.
I have been going to counseling here, both individual and couples, for 5 years. They have helped me overcome so much, including giving me the tools for on my own. They are the most caring people. They truly care about you as a whole. I have recommended them to multiple people, who also loves them.
As someone who was once hesitant about therapy, I’ve had the best possible experience at this practice. My first therapist was amazing at helping me understand trauma and it’s affects on the body, and after she retired, my current therapist has been fantastic at helping me with my day-to-day mental health. The people here are so kind and genuine and I’ve always felt safe and at home with them.
My therapist here has been an absolute blessing. He’s helped me through some of the hardest times of my life, but has also simply been someone to talk to to make sure that I’m keeping my head on straight. He’s empathetic to people of all stripes and provides a welcoming, healthy environment. I can’t give Thereputic Healing Alliance high enough marks.
The counselor provided me a safe and comfortable environment where it was easy to share my thoughts and feelings. As well the techniques and tools provided. It helped me manage my anxiety and stress much more effectively.
